Stainless steel clamp is used to secure your flagpole to your “ground sleeve”. The 2.5″ is to be used with only Titan 15′ & 20’LT telescoping flagpoles, and the 3.0″ is to be used with the Titan 20′ and 25′ telescoping flagpoles.
